Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026
This policy explains what information CaptureLane (“we”, “us”) collects through capturelanehq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request an audit or book a call, we collect details such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website, industry, and anything you choose to tell us about how your business handles leads.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data—pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP address, and device/browser type—using cookies and similar technologies.
- Publicly available information. To prepare your audit, we review information about your business that is publicly available, such as your website and public business listings.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare your audit, and schedule and hold calls with you.
- To follow up about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To understand how our website performs and improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your audit request and scheduled calls. We will not send marketing text messages unless you have agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, including HubSpot (customer relationship management, forms, scheduling and email) and Cloudflare (website hosting, security and privacy-focused analytics). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies set by HubSpot to understand how visitors find and use the site and to recognize returning visitors who have submitted a form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the scheduling step may ask you to re-enter your details.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling (645) 222-1486. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
